"For those who are traveling on a budget, and do not anticipate spending a great deal of time in the hotel, these accomodations are perfect. The hotel is located close to Miami University campus, but not walking distance. The management was very friendly. and anticipated the needs of myself, and my group."

"Older roadside motel with bare-bones offerings. No clock radio, loud air conditioner, rock-hard beds, missing and/or cracked caulking in bathroom, and tiny, razor-thin bath towels are just some of the things that come to mind. Granted, this place is about 1/2 to 2/3 the price of the Hampton Inn just down the road, but its relative value is about 1/10 that of the Hampton (we usually stay there...it was not available at the time we were in Oxford). New owners were very nice, but have a big job on their hands. Unless this is your only option, we suggest you look to the Hampton Inn or elsewhere for your stay. By the way: the "AAA-rated" sign was down and sitting behind the bushes...if you are accustomed to AAA ratings, this place would be lucky to get one diamond."
